Shahana Sayed is a leading voice in sustainable development, energy management, and climate action, with over 18 years of experience delivering innovative, low-carbon, energy efficiency solutions across the MENA region and globally. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering and is a Certified and Accredited Sustainability & Energy Professional.

Shahana’s expertise spans energy management, carbon reduction strategies, sustainable infrastructure, and corporate ESG initiatives. She has successfully led complex, multidisciplinary projects in the energy, water, utilities, and built environment sectors, supporting clients in achieving operational efficiency, emissions reduction, and long-term resilience.

Currently serving as Principal Sustainability Consultant for the MENA region at Cundall, Shahana plays a strategic role in guiding net-zero and sustainable development efforts for a wide range of large-scale masterplans to corporate sustainability frameworks. Shahana is also deeply engaged in education and mentorship, providing training to emerging professionals in energy and sustainability fields across the Middle East.
