Nathan is an Executive Director with over 30 years of international experience in the construction and built environment sector across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East. Based in Dubai, he has spent nearly two decades delivering complex, high‑profile projects throughout the GCC.

Nathan began his career in heavy industry before transitioning into the commercial sector, where he has led multidisciplinary teams across hospitality, healthcare, education, commercial, residential, infrastructure, and mixed‑use developments. His portfolio includes major regional landmarks such as international airports, cultural institutions, Data Centres, and large‑scale hospitality and urban projects.

With core expertise in MEP engineering, commercial and contract management, Nathan is known for aligning technical excellence with commercial and operational outcomes. He brings a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to each engagement, supporting clients from early feasibility and design through delivery and handover.
